Q. What are your student teacher ratios?
A. Infant- 1:3
B. Infant 2- 1:5
C. Toddler-1:5
D. Preschool- 1:10
We are in the process of applying for the Step Up to Quality program as well as Becoming nationally accredited. Our ratios are lower then what the state of Ohio requires and are met between the hours of 8a.m-5:30p.m. Early morning and the last hour we are open may be more on the state level of ratios.

Q. What is your teacher turnover rate?
Fortunately, we have not had any in the year we have been open. We will be adding new staff members to keep up with the Step up to Quality standards. Most of our staff members have been working together at least 4 years. We have a great team of teachers here who work together great!!!!

Q. Do you take part time children?
We take part time toddlers and preschoolers on a 3 day minimum. At this time, we do not accept part time infants.

Q. What are your hours you are open?
We are open Mon-Fri 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Q. How often do you clean the toys/equipment?
Our toys are cleaned AT LEAST once a week if not more, depending on if there are any illnesses going around. The toys that are frequently "mouthed" are put in a bucket of bleach/water as needed. There are Purell hand sanitizers through out the building as well as one at each door before you enter the classroom.

Q. What is your security policy?
We have two doors to the building, one in front and one in the back. These two doors are open the 12 hours that we are open. There are two doors that lead into the classroom. Each of those doors are locked the entire time the school is open. Once you are enrolled, you will provide us with a four number password to enter into a keypad which will unlock the door. Our web cam passwords are changed every other month and are very case sensitive. No one (other then parents) is able to pick up any child unless they are on the enrollment sheet and is authorized by the parent. Even then, they are asked to show their drivers license at each pick up.
