INFANTS (6 weeks - 18 months)
Our younger infant program is designed to stimulate each child’s
early stages of development at the appropriate time. Infants will be interacting
with the teacher as well as with other infants throughout the course of
the day. When he/she is not resting in the crib, time is spent in a bouncy
seat, in front of a mirror, in a swing and/or supervised “floor time” interacting
with other infants and teachers. The environment we provide for our infants
is appealing and stimulating to sight and sound. Age-appropriate manipulatives
are plentiful to assist in providing a stimulating environment to both
sight and sound.

Bachelor Degree in Photo Illustration from Kent State University. Post undergraduate coursework at Kent State University as well as Stark State College of Technology.
Experience:
Longterm babysitting. Elementary school age Soccer Coach. Tutoring children.
Philosophy:
Children come into this world with the ability to learn and grow. It is up to us to guide them so They can grow into responsible, confident adults. This is done through nurturing in many ways, but is always important to remember that more is "caught than taught." It is important for me to be an example that they may learn from.
HOW I INTEND TO INCORPORATE MY PHILOSOPHY IN MY TEACHING:
Infants must have their needs attended to by carrying out these duties in a responsible and loving way; I can help provide the security they need. While I can never take the place of their parents, my privilege is to be there for them while their parents are working. I will care for them as if they are my own.

Marlington High School. I had an in-home child-

in the customer service industry.
Philosophy:
MY philosophy is we are all entitled to a life of
respect, honesty and security. I feel you can
never go wrong by following the “Golden Rule”..
treat others as you wish to be treated.
How I intend to incorporate my philosophy in my teaching:
I will encourage each child in a positive way through respecting their needs. I will do this by loving them and providing comfort through daily play, feeding them and making sure they are clean and safe. I want the parents and children to know that I will love and care for them as if they were my own children.

How I intend to incorporate my philosophy in my teaching:
I am going to strive to help children meet their potential everyday. I will do this through interacting with the babies on their level and to teach through books, music and movement as well as positive guidance and encouragement.
